That is '68030' a 1952 Austerity modified with the LNER style bunker. It spent most of it's working life at a colliery in Staffordshire I think. It's a proper Austerity; it was built at Hunslet's works in Leeds.
It has been based on the Strathspey Railway since June 2006.

Its the Austerity mascerading as a J94. Ive seen that engine on the Chasewater LR and Churnet Valley Rly.

I do not know to much about Steam Locos but I think I saw this one on TV this morning (27th APR 07)Discovery channel as you said down south in England . Thanks for your comment .
