What is this about, 460hz? I know how loud this is at 100 feet, 129 dBc, the 70 dBc range is 6100 feet, and the 60 dBc range is 12,200 feet, but how many hz is this?

Our sirens for the nuclear power plant sound just like that. They test them periodically right around 10:00am.
