I'm so proud to be part of this documentary about Mark (I'm the guy with Alice with the blue cap and grey t-shirt). I can never express how thankful I am toward Mark and Alice.

Honoring one hero does not mean the others have been ignored. Mark took action, along with the other 3 guys, and together they brought down the hijackers. Everyone on the plane died, but Mark and crew risked their lives, not knowing what would happen. This doesn't mean that the rest were cowards, just that Mark and crew were heroes. We celebrate them to be inspired. Mark's mom is to be commended also. RIP to ALL WHO DIED ON 9-11.

A" hero" can come with any sexual orientation, color of skin, religious affiliation or even politic views. The fact that he was gay is not a factor in what I think of this man, Mark Bingham. His actions on 9/11 were exactly the kind of person he was. It's not how one dies that makes them a hero, it's how they lived! Mark is a hero for the way he lived! RIP Mark Bingham!

Indeed, Mark lived an heroic life; I acknowledge that there are lots of theories about 9/11 out there but I dont remember him because of the way he died. I celebrate his brave, successful and gorgeous life.

Very moving video, thank you for posting. As a gay man I just hope the likes of Jerry Falwell watch videos like this; it might make them re-think their views.
