The US Senate adopted a resolution condemning the abuse of Iraqi prisoners by American soldiers and apologizing to the victims. The Senate "condemns in the strongest possible terms the despicable acts at Abu Ghraib prison and joins with the president in expressing apology for the humiliation suffered by the prisoners in Iraq and their families," the resolution said.

the fact that rumsfeld first response was "why did somebody leak it?" in 4:05 shows how fucked up the U.S government is, someone has to be responsible for this and it has to be him because he is the person leading, he can't get away with just saying "he doesnt know...", thats unfairr
