John Baird, House Leader for the Government in the House of Commons, known as the Bull Dog, has made a grave error harming disabled Canadians. On Dec. 3, 2010, John Baird answered Liberal MP Ralph Goodale on why his government was not helping the Nortel disabled. He said retroactive bankruptcy law amendments were not legal and were not permitted under the constitution. The Nortel disabled prove him wrong in this video. However, in the spirit of Johnny Reid's hit song, "Today I'm Gonna Change the World," the Nortel disabled will accept John Baird's apology for his mistake. Post the election, we ask the new government to introduce a just solution for the Nortel disabled and the 1.1 million Canadians exposed to unsafe disability insurance at work.
The harper government has no heart.
In fact they were found to be in contempt of Parliament!
Canadians deserve better, VOTE!

John Baird has failed the members of his riding by lining up with big business and vulture bond holders. He had a chance to protect seniors and the disabled but failed at every turn.
John... the ride is over. Enjoy your fat pension on my tax dollars.
I can't wait to vote.
