@02semira07 Keep in mind that a strict diet is not necessarily good because it's hard to stick to. You want clean eating habits that are healthy & sustainable so that there is no wagon to fall off of, essentially. I would say do this workout 3-4 times a week, along with some cardio & you will start to notice a difference in tone in 2-3 weeks.

Hi, I have a quick question. I'm 5 feet tall and weight abt 97-100lbs.. I don't want to lose weight but I do want to have a toned stomach specially my love handles.. I don't have a strict diet and it's very hard for me to keep up with the diet. I was wondering if I do this 2-3 times a week plus some other exercise just for lower ab, how long should I wait to see result? I don't want my abs to be visible, I just want to lose that extra belly fat that hangs off of my jeans.
whn u do these exercises are thy ment to burn cuz whn i do em some of them you can feel it workin n some you cnt even if you cant feel it burnin are thystill workin? n normaly whn you exercuse you can feel it the next day if you cnt does it mean u still wont get the results?

@carzychickx Some of your muscles may be disproportionately strong, and/or some exercises are easier than others. And no, just because you aren't sore the next day doesn't necessarily mean that the workout wont bring you results. If you want, we always have harder, more advanced ab workouts, check those out!

@jasminexrosi There's no way that I can tell you that without knowing more about your health status, exercise and eating habits. My best advice to you would be to focus less on your scale weight and more on good health & regular exercise - your scale weight will naturally drop if you do that & it will be less likely that you ever gain it back. Whatever you do, stay away from fad diets & diet pills! Best of luck to you, take care of yourself.

i've got a question: i'm slender already, but not toned--does this make it harder to tone up? And about how long would it take to start seeing results if i do this workout every other day?

@13pangea No, it shouldn't make it any harder to tone up, in fact, if and when you start building tone & muscle, it will show up faster if there's no fat covering it. If you start doing this on the regular you could see a difference in as little as 2 weeks.
