@Amn32ia no :p i used anonbot because most bots have people reverse connect to you and if you have a botnet of a few hounded it would be extremely easy to get it traced back to you. Where as if you connect via VPN to the cpanel it would be harder to trace. i personally use 3.5 because virtually everyone has a reason to have it and is installed by default with win7 (last i checked). And yea anyone could see the commands, but the "shell" is password protected so they need the password .
