thats is my favorite game at all time and always will be i remember when i was 8 years i started to play Operation Flashpoint Cold War Crisis and yeah fuck CoD they lied too much

there's a mistake. apart from everon...malden and kolgujev exist for real...yeah kolgujev near western russia and malden in micronesia so..not so close to each other...but it's not that fictional at all

This ist THE game making war-games playable. No WWII-shit, no political direction in any case.
The cold war, a war that didn't exist (couldn't be named as a war). A terrain that didn't exist. Just a fictional story. But everything makes sense, seems to be real, even if it's fictional - IT DOESEN'T MATTER.

I kinda feel sorry for nowadays kids which are being fed by run-and-gun-and-for-god's-sake-dont-use-brains games. We had great time with this game and sometimes we play our editor-created missions with friends even now. This game is not just a game, it's a masterpiece! :)
