guys if u read the manga how minato and kushina sealed the nine tails on narto, and if u ontinue reading i bet u read/saw minato battle the mask man(ANBU MASK) with the same ability like tobi and the 1 who can control the kyuubi, and the fact is kakashi and obito are still a little boy in that chapter, so how come tobi can be obito? or vice versa, Jst compare the height then. .hehehe

Tobi ain't Obito. Obito gives his left sharingan to Kakashi but when Tobi fights Konan we see that he still has his left sharingan, which he sacrifices to use Izanagi.

there is a high chance that Tobi is Obito. Kakashi and Tobi both use ocular powers that regard different dimensions. Also, it explains why Tobi can only use one eye to use his ocular power. It explains why Obito hasnt been resurrected by the impure world jutsu. It looked like one of Obito's eyes was crushed by the boulder but it doesnt mean it was. But it is also possible that madara had another ocular power to transfer his soul and thats what Itachi meant madara being an old mask or something.
