Lol I loved this iteration of SF3. Almost everyone's NORMAL's was able to hit-confirm into a super. The time you had to input the super-command was so long you can wait almost literally a whole second to actually decide to throw in the super if you wanted too. LOL

2I Sean is fucking amazing.
Best HP/HK out of all the shotos.
His MP+HK can be used to land his SA3, which is his best SA.
His HP & close HK to SA3 can be delayed -- easy ass hit-confirm.
His tornado kick, any version (why use anything but HK?), is safe.
I guess Capcom finally said, "Man, Sean is supposed to be the Dan of this series. Why is he too good?" and nerfed him.
Shame. I used to own with him back in '98. This game should've been popular, but SFA3 was taking the arcades.
