As a member of this church who sits week after week under this pastor's teaching I find it ironic that you edit certain parts of his sermon to make your point. Then, by the same standard Obama should be judged by the message of his hate filled pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Remember, Jesus would have loved the homosexual, but, you forget the second part of His statement. "Go, and sin no more."

how did you get pictures and stuff of the pastor without going to the church? if you are voting no on 8 then I assume you are a non-christian, but if you arent christian I am wondering how you got the picture and voicetrack of the pastor. But I know this pastor, and he did say to love homosexuals, like jesus would have, not hate, he had people bring the protesters coffee and tried to not condemn them but to show love and compassion for them.

@Abert Yes I used the highlights. The church used the highlights of us in their sermon what's the difference. I agree completely on your point on Wright. That too is a violation of church and state, but does it deprive you of a civil liberty? The real irony though is that whenever a pastor uses a bible to teach they ALWAYS take the teachings out of context using "certain parts" as you said. Heck you just did with your "Go and sin no more." When was the last time you ate shrimp. ;-)

@deagle no not christian though I know many christians who voted no on 8 just for the simple violation of church and state. And ya I know they came out and mocked us with their pretend love. I was there. You did miss the two people that came and threatened our lives. They go to First Baptist and learn from Wade too. The pictures were extracted from the sermon where they used our pictures without permission to make money on the Internet.

@mdchay Oh I am pretty sure MLK would have seen the violation of civil rights and voted NO. Wasn't aware that gays pick on MLK. Never heard that one before.
