Ten points from Slytherin!

No, Bush and Obama bailed AIG out together, which was necessary. If he hadn't, we would have gone under. Presverving a historic company and stocks such as GM was necessary... Fighting a country for NOTHING, is pointless and a waste of money. So let's not fight on where the money was spent, but for what purpose it was spent....

Wrong again. Bush only passed the first tarp which could of been stopped by the obama administration. bush spent a total of $400 billion on the war making his total roughly $1.2 trillion. obama bailed out aig, gm, and passed tarp 2. with the rest of his spending and governement growth he has spent more than ALL of the presidents in the history of US combined. Do yourself a favor and pick up a newspaper every now and again.

ten points to Hufflepuff!
I always find it funny when an Obama supporter criticizes Palin's experience. it's just classic.

What do you mean 'we would of gone under?' Can you explain that? I'm sure it had nothing to do with the fact that AIG holds all of Congress' pensions. Just like I'm sure the bailout of GM had nothing to with that fact that the UAW, which ran GM into the ground, was a major campaign contributor to Obama. Come to think of it, AIG was the single biggest campaing contributor to Obama. So why didnt Lehman brothers get bailed out? Let's not be so naive.
