CM690 White nVidia Edition

My customized Coolermaster CM690 nVidia Edition white.

I painted all the body panels white because I wanted a white case.
But I really liked the nVidia Editions of Coolermaster,
and at the time there was no good white case for me to find.

With all new Coolermaster white cases, they made a noticable mistake.
I left the parts of the construction behind the white mesh black, and Coolermaster itself doesn't do this on their white cases.
This makes the white beams and vent paterns visible behind it, and doesn't make it look good through the mesh.

I don't use this case on the floor, and disliked the I/O panel at the top.
Also to my opinion, the buttons and indicators where at the wrong side.
When I decided to paint it, I had to change that as well.

Nice thing I did with the customized HDD led, because you can press it like a button, I made a button my self out of pieces. :)
And its used for the reset feature.

Another thing that annoyed me is the green window,
makes it almost impossible to use other colors like blue.
And I always wanted a red & blue light setup for the interior.
So I removed the window, and cut some plexiglass myself to replace it.
And added some more transparent blue led fans.
And replaced 50% of their blue leds with red ones.

I also bought me some white foil to cover my black DVD-rom drive.
This way I didn't have to paint it, and the process is reversable.

can you make a video on how you covered the optical drive please because i have a white PC like you and a black optical drive, and cant find a white optical drive

@ziLLusSioNz As I described, I used white foil I put over it, and the carefully cut the edges off.

This all after taking the front bezel off first.
