◆分解運動「ずらす運動」 左右
●スタートポジション
足:1番


1.頭(盆の窪の上)
2.首(頸椎1番~7番)
3.胸(胸椎1番~12番)
4.お腹(腰椎1番~5番)
5.腰(骨盤)

●各部位の垂直ラインと平行ラインを保ったまま運動します。
●坐骨を寄せて、脚の内側の締めを保ちます。
●身体の上下に引き伸ばす力を常に意識します。
●各部位の可動範囲は狭いでぬので、大きく動きすぎないように注意します。
