You are 100% wrong. Current U.S. Tier 2 Bin 5 emissions regulations for diesel vehicles are MUCH stricter than Euro 4 (2006), 5 (2011) or 6 (2015).

Ford Super Duty FTW!!! I have an '01 F250 with the Powerstroke which I freaken love. And though it's too early to tell in terms of reliability, I believe the 6.7L to be one of the best diesel engines since the 7.3L Powerstroke.

It's technically not a powerstroke.  Ford made this engine and named it a "powerstroke", but it isn't made by international. The last engine that Ford bought from international was the 6.0l diesel.
