This bike is a lot of fun to ride and looks great but be prepared to spend a lot of money on new batteries ($600+) after minimal use. It has the potential to be great but I cannot recommend buying one until they address some of the engineering issues

anyone know how to open the battery? I removed all the screw but it wont open. Pretty sure there is clip inside but dont know exact location. Any help will be good.

This is an excellent electric bike particularly if you are looking for a comfortable and effortless commuting or just pleasure cruising there it would get 5. If you are looking for a performance commuter, or a high end electric MTB then there are other choices to consider (Ohm, E+, BionX).

jvbike ? you do realize that by uploading better video content, you could increase your sale revenue immensely ?
Why posting boring videos, have someone do the talk and do a complete intro of the bike

Unfortunately we do not have time and resources to put more informative material at this moment. The intention was to provide at least some indication of power and handling of this new and rather unknown, but very interesting electric bicycle. More specs are on our web site.

Last time i came, a very nice sales man helped me out with my questions, how hard is it to shoot a 10min video with him explaining the bike in depth ?

A good informative 10 min video would require number of takes plus editing, meaning at least one day of work
