@darkprose, Gremlin-obsessed growing up, you say? Did you buy that "Gremlins" magazine, too? It was full of behind-the-scenes and stuff. I still have mine.

I love how it starts very slow and quiet and peaceful, and then goes into a catchy, wild, crazy, infectious rhythm. I wonder if Jerry Goldsmith used cats in heat in the instrumental? I know it's supposed to be the vicious gremlins, but they sound like cats in heat at 1:45, but you really hear them at 2:50.

God, the reason why I love these movies is because the creators put the time and effort in it to make literally hundreds of dolls, complete with real slime and fur and everything, if "gremlins" came out these days, it all would've been computer generated, and that would suck!!!
