Trucking in the snow 2010-12-17 Daventry

Trucking in the snow 17th December 2010. After making it back from 2 runs up to scotland in the snow, I thought I'd have a nice easy friday down south to end the week. Snow's followed me down.

Traveling west on Drayton Way A361 then turning north onto Ashby Road A361 and coming out of the North of Daventry heading for Crick. I'm loaded pretty heavy but I'm still getting plenty of wheel spin coming off the roundabout at 1:45. I came this way again later in the day after the snow had stopped. The hill that I climb at 2:38, the snow had melted to slush and the temp had dropped to -1C, plus the roads didn't seem to have been gritted, so when I came later, that hill was sheet ice and it was sliding all the way up. Unfortunately I didn't have the camera running then.
