Rising Asia, Growing Inequality Part 1

The Roundtable: Rising Asia, Growing Inequality, was held at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy on the 30th September 2011. The Roundtable was chaired by Dean, Prof Kishore Mahbubani, and the panelists consist of Dr Judith Rodin, Dr Anies Baswedan, Dr Fu Jun, Mr Gideon Rachman, Mr Karim Raslan, and Senator Ton Nu Thi Ninh.

The Roundtable on "Rising Asia, Growing Inequality", which was attended by a full house of about 220 guests, students and media, saw a lively debate on the nature of inequality witnessed today and the sense of injustice amplified by the social media, which is in turn facilitated by rapid technological change.
