South Carolina Attorney General: We Know For a Fact That Dead People Are Voting

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson (R-SC) told Neil Cavuto today that the state has hundreds of people voting for dead people. Over 900 individuals died before the election and at least 600 of those individuals died outside window when absentee ballot could be sent. So we know for a fact that people are using the names of these deceased people to vote.

This has been proven false.To prove his claim Wilson disclosed as examples 6 names of dead ppl who supposedly voted. SC State Election Comm found that: 1 was an absentee ballot cast by a voter who then died before election day; Another was error by a poll worker who mistakenly marked the voter as Samuel Ferguson, Jr. when the voter was Samuel Ferguson, III; 2 the result of stray marks on the voter regist list detected by the scanner; 2 the result of poll wrkrs marking the wrong voter name.

With voter fraud SO prevalent throughout the several states; one would think that AT LEAST ONE Congressional Representative would author a bill that would both increase AND/OR impose severe penalties -- fines plus lengthy incarceration, for those who are involved and found guilty when charged. This, the legislation, must include whomever signs to certify that the results reported are correct. Voter fraud disfranchises all those citizens who cast legitimate votes.
