so simple.....where does the 02 feedback come from? does the vipec use its own high speed wideband? does it sniff the tailpipe or get install in the exhuast?

What's the overall tuning time from start to finish for a mild mid 300whp TT or ST G35 coupe setup? Assuming you're going for smooth OEM like drive ability, reliability and smooth idle?
