CAPP Flash Rally Tony Clement Saskatoon January 27

It was a cold and icy day indeed when Federal Industry Minister Tony Clement appeared to speak at a Chamber of Commerce luncheon in Saskatoon, January 27.

While Clement took a side or back door in to the Radisson Hotel, a Flash Rally by Saskatoon chapter members of the facebook group "Canadians Against Proroguing Parliament" - CAPP - was being peacefully staged, around the front of the building.

Fresh off a successful international Anti-Proroguing Rally Day on January 23, Saskatoon chapter Rally organizers were thrilled with the attendance of 450 to the Saskatoon event, in the middle of a snowstorm no less. Check back for January 23 footage.

Saskatoon joined the over 222,500-strong CAPP member voices to tell Minister Clement
"They can prorogue but they can't hide!"

But nobody could find him, saving the photo opps.
