Oath-Keeper pulled over by Police in Madisonville TN 4-20-10

Oath Keeper Darren Huff is pulled over by 5 law enforcement vehicles in a 'Felony Stop' for a perceived 'rolling stop' through a STOP sign. Huff gives the 'Law' a lesson or two in their limitations and their duties under their sworn oath to the Constitution of the United States. UNBELIEVABLE!

Cops don't know the Constitution anymore. My house was burglarized 2 months ago. I called the police to help me find the guy. When the first officer arrived, I was threatened with jail for openly carrying a firearm. I told the officer that Alabama was an Open Carry state and even if it wasn't, this entire 30 acre area is private property. You have no say in how I carry a firearm, especially out here. He didn't care...

i am simply stateing that Monroe County does not have "about 14,000 people in it. it has between 22,000 and 23,000 regestered homes, the population is closer to about 44,000 people. This county is the 6th largest in population in Tennessee.

I am glad a person filming the stop. There have been to many bad things done by some LEO's. Most I have talked to have been descent people. A Dad from around the Knoxville,TN area told me his son a LEO for the state. Was told to take part in some illegal things. He would not and was told that he and his family would pay if not. He quit and took a job with a local department because of the stress on them.

If this happened in my state the cops would have thrown you to the ground, beat you up , confiscated your gun and filed a bogus charge against you to prevent you from ever owning a firearm even if you did nothing wrong. This country is fucked.
