  • One of the plastic papersupport of the typewriter are broken off. Were the keys hit the page, there should be too plastic little ones. There is only one. Broken off?

  • The 1-exclamation point in the typebar assembly is at extreme left and += are at extreme right. That's why those typebar heads and corresponding keycaps are interchangeable.

  • This very machine is 30ish-40ish. I once owned a Smith Corona Coronet 12 electric. The Electra 110 used in this video probably features the removable 1-exclamation point and plus-equal typebars and corresponding keycaps with a power return.

  • Interesting--can you please tell me how old this typewriter is? Ever since watching Atonement I've been tempted to run out and buy one just for nostalgia purposes lol...even though I was born way way after these existed lol!
