One of the plastic papersupport of the typewriter are broken off. Were the keys hit the page, there should be too plastic little ones. There is only one. Broken off?
The 1-exclamation point in the typebar assembly is at extreme left and += are at extreme right. That's why those typebar heads and corresponding keycaps are interchangeable.
This very machine is 30ish-40ish. I once owned a Smith Corona Coronet 12 electric. The Electra 110 used in this video probably features the removable 1-exclamation point and plus-equal typebars and corresponding keycaps with a power return.
Interesting--can you please tell me how old this typewriter is? Ever since watching Atonement I've been tempted to run out and buy one just for nostalgia purposes lol...even though I was born way way after these existed lol!
