Andy McCarthy declines participation in Obama 'charade'

The Obama Administration's DOJ recently extended an invitation to former US attorney Andrew McCarthy to participate in a roundtable on counterterrorist policy. Mr. McCarthy righly suspected such a forum would be used as a "charade" in order for the President and Attorney General Eric Holder to appear somehow moderate or interested in compromise with believers in a robust counterterror and national security policy. (The prosecution of former legal advisers whose views are at odds with the administrations should be ample evidence of that.)
