許燕斌---麻辣蘆筍雞

材料&調味料
去骨雞胸 1付
蘆筍 400g
糖 1大匙
大蒜 10粒
醋 2茶匙
辣椒油 2大匙
麻油 2大匙
豆瓣醬 2茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙


作 法
1. 雞胸切成 5 公分長條煮熟;蘆筍切去末端粗韌部位在沸水中煮 3 分鐘後,切成 5 公分長段。
2. 整齊的擺在盤中,蘆筍在下,雞肉覆在上面,淋上拌勻的調味料即可。
