racism in beijing

bar owners in beijing, china are being forced by local authorities to sign pledges stating that they will NOT allow patrons of african or mongolian descent into their bars. and since u can't always look at a person and tell exactly what their descent is that rule translates into "do not allow any dark skinned people into your bar". and this is all because they say "the majority of drug dealers, criminals and vandals are of african descent"..
