I am now 50 and still cant get enough of them, listened to this track 5 times tonight already, I also use to be a train driver, when I see the drivers pissed off face I laugh just what i remebered, excelled filming. Thanks :-)

  • @sshbby: Thanks mate

  • Great work QuoTime

You missed the best bit of this altime classic song right at the end when it returns for the boogie finale !!

  • Dunno...the jig is my favourite bit.

Besides...I had to edit some of it out so to synch the music with the film...but you're right...I should've left the boogie extravangza at the end in and edited-out the first few verses instead...maybe I'll scrap this version and redo it the other way round instead.

  • Get the vinyl. play it on an analogue stereo hi-fi..loud with bass up full, and watch the walls of your house shake down :).

  • Bought Quo's first LP on US import on the Cadet Concept label over 40 years ago and much later gave it to a mate who was such a fan it was the only thing he didn't have by them. I've regretted it ever since. I've loved this film ever since I was a kid in the 1950s. Pity nobody has tried to digitally colourise it.
