This is HORRIBLE - they NEVER have their sound right -- and I mean the technicians + THE BAND
Thier website ain't 2 much better either - the bathrooms R HORRIBLE & its a SAD travesty 2 the original Cotton Club's legacy. sad, Sad, SAD - PITIFUL
Dinky little slip of a dance floor - maybe Europeans & the IIIiiiignant who don't know or have not experienced better would think this place/dump is credible

I went to the cotton club last weekend(in NY for Frankie Manning's 95th birthday celebration) and asked to come in and take pictures! I loved it! It's an amazing piece of history. The guy working there looked at us like we were crazy for asking to come in and take pictures. I guess I was a little surprised that this was an uncommon request. I want to return to NY to go dance there on a Monday.

I love this band.
The Cotton Club should be made a NYC landmark.
Ed Pazant's solos are trans-inducing.
More swing-dancers should attend on Monday nights.
Doing the shim sham to this every Monday night is only one way to bond with this incredible band.

I love the Cotton Club! I went there when I went to New York, 3 weeks ago. The Cotton Club was definatly the best thing we did in New York.
