check out 37 sec, the wind sock pole passes in front of the windsock. the wind is coming from behind the camera and toward the building. he is landing a bit cross-wind. trust me, i just looked at it frame-by-frame in hi-def.
we land next to that building regularly and have not had problems, but thanks for the comment. we try to keep it safe and appreciate the heads up if you are concerned.

In 0:34 the pilot is just asking for rotor. look at the sock and the building.
