New stock of very nicely coloured male tiger endlers and guppy from our Czech supplier at Tyne Valley Aquatics near Newcastle. These are some of the nicest fish we have had in as a random mix in ages and they are sure to be a hit with our customers.
The camera doesn't pick up their excellent sheen and they really have to be seen 'in real life' to be appreciated fully.
No.1 for tropical fish in the North East. We stock over 140 species of freshwater tropical fish, shrimps and snails - all unbeatable quality from individually filtered tanks.
All our fish are available for next day delivery. To order or check stock, please phone the shop on 01661 844 005.
For a stock list visit our website and request one from the 'contact us' page.

  • Can't hybrids breed???

  • They could breed with female guppies / endlers but we keep males in a seperate tank to the females so they will find it hard breeding with their current tankmates which are all male.

  • how do you know when to put a guppy in a breeder trap, for it to give birth?

  • Ideally you would see the female's gravid spot get large and the fish would be super fat. The best thing is to have lots of plants to shelter the fry. Or use spawning mops - that will gie a fair survival rate.

  • Some of those fish look like tiger endlers to me. Are you sure they are not mixed endlers?

  • I think thats what the majority are. Very nice fish - I just wish the weather was warm enough to put some into my polytunnel and get some breeding / crossbreeding projects going.

  • Clearly hybrids.

  • These are lovely!! I bred my two guppies... a red male, round tail guppy. And a yellow female, she also had a round tail- although two fry out of the batch grew up to be exactly the same as these, although they had a sword tail fin shape. How odd...
