Classic Game Room HD reviews DEVIL SURVIVOR for Nintendo DS from Atlus, part of the Shin Megami Tensei series of video games. Do you like turn based strategy games and Japanese style RPG adventure gaming? Well, then run to your nearest ordering location and sweep up Devil Survivor before your life clock hits 0 and you lose the next battle. This CGRHD review of Devil Survivor has gameplay footage from Devil Survivor from Nintendo DS in HD showing game play in this turn based strategy video game. Summon demons and have them fight by your side, this game brings some of the wildest and most creative enemies (and friendly demons) to your DS or Nintendo DSi (or DSiX.... watch the review for that one.) If you enjoyed Devil Summoner 2 for PS2 then you'll probably dig this one as well. Fans of the Front Mission series and Final Fantasy Tactics may also enjoy the strategic gameplay which requires planning and thought... and LOTS of time! Win demons at auction prices, fuse them with other demons to make demon cocktails and kick ass as Tokyo is under lock down and you're just trying to SURVIVE!!

  • I never got this game for the ds. Now I'm going to buy overclocked for the 3DS

  • "What's it read?"

    "Don't worry about it."

Hahahaha, very funny. This is the third review I've watched from you. Because of the non-traditional way of reviewing and witty humor, I am subscribing. Keep up the good work.

  • IMO, this is the best game I have played on NDS, aside from SRWW.

  • Anyone wants a tactical game that's funny and action-filled at the same time? Disgaea.

  • @EXHellfire I do like Tales series, there are like so much fun, I played Symphonia. I think that Suikoden is Namcos best rpgs just an opinion. Xenosaga is more like you really need to get into the story, so long dialogue so long story but it is interesting that they made it into a trilogy, kinda like a movie. But still to moi Shin Megami Tensei are all in pedestal because Strange Journey, the destruction does not take place in Japan any more but the whole world.

  • @Crecendos Uhm I heard Suikoden Sierkreis or something like that was one of the best DS releases, but I´m not sure, I just started the game. I was referring to Tales games, like Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Vesperia, of Innocence, etc. Those are, at least to me, the best RPGs out there, with Shin Megami Tensei up close. And then again, I don´t know shit bout Xeno, I only played Xenogears a lil bit, so I couldn´t say more about it

  • @EXHellfire well what namco rpgs are you talking about ;p Suikoden ? xD if you don't like xenosaga but to moi Xenosaga is way in different level to xenogears maybe xenoblade is more closer than xenosaga

  • @Movienerdify And the story, isn´t so much like TWEWY, it´s very different, play both and you´ll see why. I´ll hint some things though: In this one, you don´t fight a timer, but rather fight to prevent shit from happening, to save yourself. In this one, your personality affects the game as it lets you choose what to say always. In this game, the characters are intelligent. In this game, you fight demons instead of noise, and they have a whole story background.

  • @Movienerdify uhm gameplay is NOTHING like TWEWY, it´s turn based combat system, with Fire Emblem navigation in the place. TWEWY is just rubbing and tapping on the screen while you command the girl in the upper screen. Couldn´t disagree more.

  • @Crecendos Xenosaga, according to many, ruined Xenogears´ name, though I don´t know myself, I just started Xenogears because I was bored. Just got underground with a retard called Bart that attacked me for no reason whatsoever.

  • @MrBuddysam no offense but this game follows the pattern to Shin Megami Tensei games where is about the destruction of Tokyo, then in fact The world ends with you is a rippoff of Shin Megami Tensei games why you don't watch the video he even mentioned it
