    sarasota Civic Center in mid winter '70-'71. I hitched there from Bradenton w my friend from Conn! We had hitched from .N.J. -and my cousin told me about the concert in Sarasota, so we went and after I started a dual guitar band in N.J.!! Long live ABB!

  • Oh boy... If you've got some time, you've got to see this. 25 minutes of early Allman Brothers footage (1970). Right after high school, these guys were my influences and still are today.

  • thanks, i keep trying to figure it out. you're probably right. i saw a video of rose hill cemetary, and it's a nice park, i can see why the brothers liked to play there.
