Propylene glycol, sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Parabens cause your body to react to them because they are foreign and toxic to the body. They have been linked to breast cancer and breast tumors and also cause the body much confusion because they are not natural at all. I recommend using skincare and cosmetic product that don't contain these things.

  • @1989NikeMcfly it does help from my experience, yep!

real salt though, epsom or sea salt... not table salt.

  • @acneerasingsecrets Hey what up Dave, I wanted to ask you Does washing my face with salt water would reduce my chance of getting acne_

  • @Solyang02 I hear ya, I actually used to use that too when I had acne, but don't anymore obviously... There are quite a few things. When you get off it drink a lot of water (drinking water to clear skin video) and then also check out the "recommended acne treatment skin care products" video as well... These will give you some ideas and help you get started! I am glad you found my videos and hope they help you out like they have with many others!

  • Damn! I only found your videos today, I've been using St Ives Apricot Scrub for almost 3 years (and almost everyday). I have extremely oily skin, and this is the only product that works for me. The only problem is I only just found out it contains propylene glycol and sodium laureth sulfate, and my skin seems to have developed a dependency on this product so if I stop using it for just one day, my skin will go crazy. Any advice on alternative products I could use? Thanks!

  • @rassjo036 That's a bummer, there are some online that I recommend in a few of my videos. You can check at your local health food store too, they will have soaps without sulfates and parabens etc.

  • Okay, I couldn't find a soap without any sulfates in the store lol... Too bad
