Una de las máximas de Spantax era el pasajero y la calidad del servicio a bordo. Este vídeo es un aperitivo de un curso que dura 34 minutos y que es muy interesante y recomendable de ver, pues primero mostraban el comportamiento erróneo y luego el correcto. Cuando la exposición esté en marcha lo proyectaremos completo.
One of Spantax's priorities was the passenger and the quality of the service on board. This video is a teaser of a training course which lasts 34 minutes and which is very interesting and advisable to be seen, since they first showed the wrong behaviour and then the correct one. When we launch the exposition, we'll be delighted to project the whole course

qué video más bonito, parece ser el cursillo para número uno, ya que se realiza en la parte delantera del avión y al pasaje en primera, y es dado por otra sobrecargo, qué tiempos aquellos.

How nice!! I flew Spantax twice in 1978. I flew on one of their 'Super DC-8's'.

What I most remember of this airline were the colorful seats. Spantax became Spanair thou it never was the same.

I LOVED this airline! We used to fly from Gatwick to Madrid or Malaga in the 70's and 80's with them

¡¡Gracias por tu comentario!! Creo que ese vídeo no llegó a usarse mucho para instrucción, pero si lo ves completo te transmite muy bien cómo dar un servicio 10 a bordo, la amabilidad, la elegancia y el buen trato al pasajero. Aparte que como antigua "Spantosa" seguro que disfrutarías viéndolo también. ¡¡Feliz Navidad!!
