@ItsForYourSafety: I wouldn't be a bit surprised to learn that those so-called anthrax attacks on Daschle, and Leahy, were Black Ops. Law Enforcement is always out for higher budget allotments. Any "law" passed to increase their influence is always welcomed. Law enforcement couldn't care less about the Constitution. In fact, they abhor it. To them it's an impediment to their endeavors.

well the supreme court isn't that much of a deal if you got your people in it. Ultraconservatives like Scalia have always been a problem. I don't know about the others but at least Sotomayor is member of a questionable society called belizean grove (female counterpart to bohemian grove)
The Senat should be such a seg as well, but think about the anthrax-attacks against Daschle and Leahy (they switched thier opinion about the bill after receiving those letters)

it doesn't matter as long as the people play along with it ... btw: it's the same as the "reichstagsbrandverordnung" in germany (when hitler blamed a "jewish terrorist" from the netherlands for it) people are afraid, so they will support it

@ItsForYourSafety: But look how the Feds are applying it. It's really not a law at all, for any law that attempts to nullify any portion of the Constitution isn't a law at all.

Me too...But I'll tell you something that really bothered me a lot...For the first time in my life I was not allowed to vote for the candidate of my choice. 1st it was a voting machine and 2nd they told me if I voted for Ron Paul by write in, it wouldn't be counted. I am enraged. I fought and damn near died for that right. I'm looking into legal action against the state I live in.
