  • Would not let him do my drum. all the hard wares banging the drum finish & he never fin tunes the drum as he level the head. This means it will dry in shape but not be stretched evely in tune. When its dry, it will already be unevenly tuned. Automotive rachets are horrible for drums. A deep socket that is not a rachet, is best, no need to lock the direction , no noise, no slipping off the nut & scratching the drum. His head cuts easy because it is over stretched and softened.
