I prepared this carol for my primary school choir. The lyric sheet I used said 'de nuestra cordera', whereas on the mp3 I heard it was sung 'a nuestra cordera.' So I went with the printed version because at least it was in black and white. It seems I may have been wrong. Ah well, they sing it beautifully.

It should be "Dios guardo del lobo a nuestra cordera"... It means "God saved from the wolf our sheep"
