its not their fault they behave as such, its simply a byproduct behavior stemming from centuries of mistreatment by white people. Not years, not decades, but centuries. How would you feel if you knew your ancestors were mistreated through slavery with no rights at all? There has never been any reparations granted towards blacks to help offset any community disadvantages that arose from slavery, blacks are constantly mistreated in the justice system with a low SE status.
