All through the Bible we see warnings about what sin can do to a believer. But this is negated by the teaching of eternal security.
Charles Stanley claims you will forfeit only your rewards because of sinful living. Stanley says no matter what you do as a child of God you are already forgiven. If you believe what Charles Stanley teaches, you won't confess your sins, so according to 1 Jn 1:9, you are not going to get purified after salvation.
Dan Corner points out the lies of once saved always saved belief that all sins are already forgiven even before you commit them.
Eternal security claims if you live according to the sinful nature the most you can lose are your rewards, position in the Kingdom, fellowship with God but never your salvation. Nowhere does the Bible say that you will lose your rewards by adultery, drunkenness, theft, suicide, etc.
Dan Corner reveals what the Scriptures teach about how we lose rewards and what role motives play in rewards.
