Some years ago I hurt my knee badly (a training accident): surgery, 3 months of crutches, another 3 months of physical theraphy. The woman I loved left me during that time. My life was a mess.

Then I started working out again: jogging, fitness, martial arts (Krav Maga). All the time I was listening to this & the entire "Weight" CD by Henry Rollins.

Now I have a wonderful gf (about to marry) & am a Krav Maga instructor. Thanks Henry Rollins for giving me strength to carry on in bad times.
