I was also lucky enough to meet Mr.Beutelin NYC years ago..a sweet,caring,intelliegent and gentleman. I still miss him.

For the past year I was thinking to myself, I wonder how Bill Beutel is doing? Well I really didn't know about his passing. I can't believe he's gone :( he will be missed R.I.P. Bill Beutel

If I was making that promo at :50, I would have included "Supermarket Sweep" creator Al Howard and his wife, Alice, after all, Al previously worked with Bill at ABC as an advertising copywriter.
