10 years ago today, I experienced one of the scariest days of my life. During the morning of Sept. 11th, I was faxed my parents itinerary for their New York and Washington trip. On this sheet of paper, it indicated that at 9am, they were to have breakfast at the World Trade Center Mall. It wasn't until about 2pm that I finally was able to get a hold of them, and found out that they were a day behind, and still in Washington. While visiting Arlington National Cemetery, they saw American Airlines Flight 77 fly into the Pentagon. At the time, much like everyone else in the world, they weren't sure what they were seeing, or what was happening, however my father did manage to record some footage of the aftermath. It is only about 2 minutes long, but to me that entire morning seemed like an eternity. I feel very fortunate that my parents as well as everyone else that was with them during that trip arrived home safely and without incident. I do want to express my condolences to all the families that lost a loved one that day. For a short period of time, during that terrible morning, i felt what it was like to wonder... what if? God Bless!
Damning evidence in this vid. 1:24 to the end...is that the sound of a jet engine(s) accelerating when there is still smoke in the air?
