Yes, that IS Shadow's voice actor - it's just not Shadow's dialogue. The voice-over clips are directly from the Chobits anime.

There was "some kind of plot" as you can see XD; It consists of a theme that I usually dislike and genuinely disapprove of, but messing with the psychology of how OTHERS see the "Maria-Amy connection to Shadow" can make for an agonizingly, tragic "Shadow/Amy" variation. So yes, in the video, visions of Maria keep interrupting Amy's place - she leaves to spare him of the memories, and - I'm sure you have the rest. D;
