  • @jjmontoyag Thank you for your comment and question! I think we usually don't use "up for grabs" for people. However, if you want to say you're available, you can say, "I'm free tomorrow," or, "I'm available tomorrow." Another very casual expression is, "I'm up for it," which means you agree to go with the person asking. For example: "Want to go see a movie?" "Sure, I'm up for it."

    for instance, "call me tomorrow , I will be up for graps"
