Nose Target

PImg targets well with her nose if the target is not on the ground. But when the target is on the ground, she targets with her feet. How to overcome this?

hi my friend. I have atip for you.

Start to lower target slowly to the flor.

when the target is on the flor, wait to klick, only klick the she do it right whit the nose. You have now make it a paw and nose target.

So, only klick when she is doing it raight, ONLY klick when she put her nose on the target.

@IQbadboll08 Thanks for the response. Yes, we moved way to fast from holding the target in the air to setting it on the floor. And I am not being clear in my clicking. We're working on it...

keep your hand on the target and place it on the floor. when you see the foot start to lift off the floor toward the target take the target away. When foot is replaced on floor the target is replaced on the floor. Still held by your hand. The idea is that the target is available to the dog to earn reinforcement through ONLY for the nose.
