The Last Pope? A Look at the St. Malachy Prophecy

St Malachy was the Archbishop of Armagh, to whom were attributed several miracles and a vision of the identity of the last 112 Popes. He was canonized by Pope Clement III as a Roman Catholic "saint", on July 6, 1199, the first Irish saint to be canonized.
Biblically speaking, the papacy has no authority to "make" or canonize anyone to be a saint. There is no papal stamp of authority from Almighty God.

The Biblical term for "saint" is anyone, alive or dead, that accepts Lord Jesus as Messiah and obeys the Gospel, regardless what Webster's or any other dictionary might define the term. It's a term such as "Christian", and we don't pray to or through dead people. We have one Mediator, Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5)

So if you meet the characteristics mentioned, you are a saint of the Most High God.

Very interesting. be careful though, Jesus himself said nobody knows when the day of the lord will be. don't dwell too much on what the Mayan calender says

some i have heard also is Jesus returns when Ariel Sharon dies, as well as these prophecies of Malachy also are on paralle with the Mayan calender, the coming end of American presidents. Many things seem to be pointing to a change. but does this all for 2012 prophecies line up with the Old & new Testament, like Damascus being distroyed etc.. do we really have enought time in this short period of time for all things to come true.

this makes me think, 1. the popes know the prophecy and could fulfill it them selves when the elect their next popes to correspond with the prophecies. 2. these prophecies are clearer in its discription than the bible. 3. what might fatimia have to do with the next pope? 4. is the prophecy discription re- peter the roman concidered a good or bad discription of this pope? 5. is not all prophecies associated with Mans rule on earth. 6. connection to Mahdi ?

The next pope is the second last NUMBERED pope. There maybe be many more popes until we see Peter the roman.

Persecution of Catholics by protestants is a joke. Just remember this..The Apostles which you claim to follow were the founders of the Catholic Church. This Church was shown to the Apostles by Jesus himself...think about it

The Catholic Church is the Church of Thyatira & is the only church out of the 7 which is promised 2 enter the Tribulation except 4 the Church of the Laodicean, which is the church ran by the people not the LORD & infact the LORD is on the outside knocking 4 someone 2 let Him in.

This is an excellent video. We have 2 wait 4 one more pope, also a Rabbia Kaduri in Jerusalem who said he saw a vision of JESUS & was told that JESUS would B back shortly after Ariel Sharone dies.

@K13Z4 This video had nothing to do with the mayan calender. What are you refering to? Also the LORD said no one knows the HOUR, nor the DAY. It says nothing about the year. We are supposed to be looking forward to the return of CHRIST I can't wait till He gets back.

And you are 100% right, I wouldn't dwell on the mayan calendar at all. What people don't realize is that the end of the mayan calendar only means the end of an age. Not the world.
