@Noirvids1 Not. He was signed to Select. This was released as a single after the 2nd album was released. They fkd up by not doing a radio edit cuz all the dj at the time wanted to play it and asked Select but owner Fred Munao didnt think the track was worth going back in the studio again to make a radio edit and thus another pressing (remember these were vinyl days) of the track. Big mistake. BIG mistake.

he spits lyrics and eat beats like no one else. the flow and clarity of his voice makes him one of the best. All he needs is 2011 killer lp to destroy these crappy rappers and put real hip hop on the map again

This came out on a single in 1987...it was a white label..select pciked it up..it was one of the hottest record in hip hop and would rock any party...the music was magic back then...pure and free...not a corporate creation...beautiful

The version here is the remix off his second album. The original version was on his first lp, and released on single in 1987. This one here is from 1989. I actually prefer this remake.
