  • Please tell me she was on drugs. I was hoping to watch someone actually exercise and show us how to use the instrument properly. This was a total waste of time. Too much tomfoolery going on.

  • These exercises target all the muscles of the legs, but focus specifically on your bootie. The one-leg focus will really work your glutes.
