In real life the radiation would kill the robots. Neutron Bombs would be more effective than EMP weapons on these robots.

@lazer1million i agree that Skynet's method is the most likely- becoming self aware and turning our weapons on each other. there are a lot of plot holes in the short- the most glaring being the effect of nuclear arms on the machines.
